With sadness, Area announces the death of Mrs Joan Jenkins, a member of Newport Floral Society, who passed away peacefully at 12 noon on Monday 26th July 2010.
Joan served as an Area Media Officer and for many years organised the Area Council Meeting raffle. She was a keen competitor and Joan along with Brenda Manby represented Area at a NAFAS National Show as well as Malvern. She was a very likeable, kind and talented lady and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
